“Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.” - Brené Brown
We all know and admire a woman who is brave, confident and comfortable in her own skin. We lovingly call her a “badass.”
These women were not born with a special gene or personality trait. Being badass is a learnable skill that strengthens with continued practice. The greatest discovery is we already have a little badass in us. You may have even caught a glimpse of your inner badass on occasion when you took a risk, stepped outside your comfort zone, or went against the advice of others and followed your own guidance.
In this retreat, Maddy and Kelley will serve as your guides to help you connect to your inner badass, learn the skills and practices for development, and identify what gets in the way. Group discussions and experiential activities will be incorporated throughout the weekend. You’ll be warmly welcomed into an intimate group of women, take adventurous hikes, flow on your yoga mat, enjoy delicious food and engage in soul stirring conversations.
At the end of the retreat, you will have become reacquainted with your inner badass and have tools and resources for cultivating more courage and confidence on the journey ahead.
