Stress and the busy pace of life often wear us down, making even the simplest tasks feel like a heavy burden. While regular self-care practices (such as getting eight hours of sleep or daily movement) are essential to our physical and mental health, there are times when they don’t seem to have any cumulative effect on our well-being. We still feel depleted of energy, lash out at others, or feel stuck on the hamster wheel of life.
This is when it is necessary to fully unplug and recharge. Time spent in nature is medicine and has healing power. A deep immersion in the outdoors, combined with wellness practices, helps recalibrate our nervous system and bring us back to a natural, balanced state
In this retreat, Maddy and Kelley will serve as your guides, helping you unwind and reconnect with your deeper self while enjoying the beautiful Pisgah National Forest. You’ll be warmly welcomed into an intimate group of women, take adventurous hikes, flow on your yoga mat, chill in meditation, and experience a sound bath session, all while enjoying delicious food and engaging in soul-stirring conversations.
By the end of the retreat, you’ll feel more grounded within yourself, relaxed in your mind, and re-energized in your body.
