We want to be brave in our life. We want to speak up, ask for what we need, take risks, open our heart, and try new experiences. Yet, the very idea of doing this feels so intimidating, awkward and uncomfortable that we often default to playing it safe, staying small and avoid putting ourselves out there.

Unconsciously, we’ve bought into the myth that those who do brave things are fearless and different from us. But this couldn’t be further from the truth. There is no such thing as fearlessness. We all experience fear and self-doubt. The vital difference is some let fear and doubt stop them, while others feel the fear and do it anyway.

In this retreat, Maddy and Kelley serve as your guides to help you explore what it means to live bravely and step outside our comfort zone, and how to build a healthy relationship with discomfort in order to act with courage. You’ll be warmly welcomed into an intimate group of women, take adventurous hikes, enjoy yoga flows while enjoying delicious food and soul stirring conversations.
