I have dedicated the past 15 years of my life to personal and professional growth and development.  Living boldly with adventure is part of who I am and who I continually strive to be.  Like many of us, I have had moments of daring adventures and moments when I chose the safe and cautious route.  What I have learned is life is much richer, vibrant and breath-taking when I live boldly and pursue adventures.

It is not easy living boldly.  For most, fear, doubt and uncertainty are powerful internal forces to reckon with.  Time and time again these forces can overpower our passion, determination and dreams.  I know that having a good coach in your corner can make all the difference.  I know this to be true not because I am a coach to others, but because I have a coach.

My Core Values: Adventure, Having Fun, Learning, Being Connected and most importantly, my Family.

My Purpose: To remind people of what it feels like to be fully alive and then encourage them to boldly pursue it.

My Vision: People, everywhere, discover their own God-given talents and gifts and use them to live boldly with purpose, meaning and joy.

My Mission: To illuminate new discovery for people to excel in self-leadership with greater fulfillment to have a lasting, positive impact on others.

My Legacy: To positively and profoundly impact the lives of others through my words and deeds.

A few examples of living boldly in my own life:

“It really helped to have an objective party to discuss issues, brainstorm solutions, etc. I think the greatest value I received, though, was a greater appreciation of who I am, and the gifts and unique attributes that I have. As a result, I find that I am more confident, more forgiving of myself and less likely to compare myself to others.”
