I have dedicated the past 15 years to personal growth and professional development. Living boldly and with a sense of adventure is part of who I am and who I continually strive to be. Like many of us, I have had moments of daring adventures and moments when I chose the safe and cautious route. I have learned life is much richer, vibrant and breath-taking when I live boldly and pursue adventures.

Living boldly is not easy. For most people, fear, doubt and uncertainty are powerful internal forces. Time and time again these forces can overpower our passion, our determination and even our dreams. I know that having a coach in your corner can make all the difference. I know this to be true not because I am a coach to others, but because I have a coach.

My Core Values: Being adventurous, Having fun, Learning, Feeling connected and Enjoying family.

My Purpose: To remind people of what it feels like to be fully alive and then encourage them to pursue it boldly.

My Vision: For people to discover their God-given talents and gifts, and to use those talents and gifts to live with purpose, meaning and joy.

My Mission: To help illuminate new discoveries for people so they can excel in self-leadership, create greater fulfillment, and have a lasting, positive affect on others.

My Legacy: To positively and profoundly affect the lives of others through my words and deeds.

“It really helped to have an objective party to discuss issues, brainstorm solutions, etc. I think the greatest value I received, though, was a greater appreciation of who I am, and the gifts and unique attributes that I have. As a result, I find that I am more confident, more forgiving of myself and less likely to compare myself to others.”
